All copyrights to layouts, graphics, and kits within this kit entitled "Kit Essentials" are retained by the original creator of the layout/kit/CD - aka: DESIGNER, STORE. All graphic images are copyrighted by DESIGNER of STORE with all rights reserved.

All graphic images in this kit are for

FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY. NO COMMERCIAL USE IS ALLOWED YOU MAY SUBMIT THE LAYOUTS YOU CREATE WITH THIS KIT FOR PUBLICATION.

YOU MAY:

You may submit your scrapbook layouts using portions of or entire kits to online or print publications so long as credit a is given to the original copyright holder. This includes any graphics that have been altered. EXAMPLE of Credit: Designers Name, Kit Name, Store (if allowed)

You may alter any graphics with respect to color, size or by adding to or removing from them. (Please see below for more information on altering graphics).

You may print a hard copy of content to be used in your personal scrapbooking projects ONLY.

You may make one copy of these graphics for backup purposes ONLY. You must also copy all copyright/terms of use notices on this single back-up copy.

YOU MAY NOT:

You may not claim graphics or altered graphics as your own.

You may not copy any sample layout for this or any kit and submit it for online, print, or any other type of publication without proper credit.

You also may not submit the sample layout as your own for any type of online, print, or other publication.

You may not make alteration to graphics in any way that will take away the artistic integrity of the original creation.

You may not use any of Danielle Corbitt's graphics, original or altered, or any portion thereof in any commercial work whatsoever without express written permission by the creator, Danielle Corbitt, who can be reached at danielle@daniellecorbittdesigns.com

You may not incorporate these graphics into any commercial projects; i.e.: web design/sites, templates, or any projects which will produce income.

You are not allowed to resell, sublicense or otherwise make available the graphic(s) for use or distribution separately or in a format designed or intended for permanent storage or re-use by others.

You may not use any graphic(s) from this CD or site to create obscene, defamatory, or immoral works. Nor is it permitted to use content (graphic(s)) from this CD for any other purpose which is prohibited by law.
